Pillow Tie is a Utah based company that is dedicated to the joy of napping! So often, the places or activities that are most sleep inducing, are the least appropriate to bring your own pillow to. The Pillow Tie is the first product of its kind.  We have a patented technology that is sure to offer you hours of rest and relaxation, even in the most formal, uncomfortable setting.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship via United States Postal Service and FedEx. Unfortunately customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice.

First Class Mail: Please allow 5-10 business days from the time order is placed.

Priority Mail: Please allow 3-5 business days from the time order is placed.

Express Overnight: If ordered by 2:00 pm Mountain Standard Time M-F your order will ship same business day.

Shipping Delays Due to Adverse Weather Conditions:  We cannot guarantee service when adverse weather conditions disrupt the normal delivery schedule.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you find that there is a defect in your order please email us and we will exchange the damaged item(s). We have a 10 day return/exchange policy from when you receive your order with a full refund minus shipping and handling. It must be shipped back in the original packaging. If item(s) need exchanged, customer is responsible for return shipping costs and paying shipping for the exchanged item unless it was our fault. Due to the nature of our product, the inflatable piece must be unused or there will be a 20% restocking fee.

We will not accept returns on item(s) that have been damaged in any way by the customer. Please call or email before sending any items back.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Once an order has been placed, depending on where it is in processing, it may be changed or cancelled. If it has been shipped, we cannot change or cancel your order. It will be sent to the customer and then they can refer to the Return/Exchange Policy. During peak times such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or Father’s Day it may be impossible to change any order once it is placed. Email or call if any mistakes are made and we will do what we can to fix it.
